Drop-Off: Full Set Refurbishment (3-Day)
Bronze
Choose Bronze (£250) only if you have your own tyre machine to strip them beforehand.
(Up to 20" alloys)
Silver
Choose Silver (£260) if you are happy to take the wheels off yourself but need us to handle the tyre fitting.
(Up to 20"alloys)
Gold
Choose Gold (£270) if you want the easiest experience. For just £20 extra, we do all the heavy lifting and car storage.

When will my car be ready?
We don't cut corners, which means your wheels need time in the acid bath, the prep bay, and the curing oven.
Here is our standard booking schedule:
Drop off Monday - Collect Wednesday
Drop off Wednesday - Collect Friday
Drop off Friday - Collect Tuesday
Note: All drop-offs are in the morning and collections are in the afternoon.We will text you as soon as your wheels are ready!

Wheel Refurbishment Process
Step 1: Vehicle Preparation

Safety First: Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the gear or 'park' mode.

Elevate Vehicle: Use axle stands to safely lift the vehicle and remove the wheels.
Step 2: Wheel Removal

Detach Wheels: Carefully remove each wheel.

Remove Tyres and Valves: Take off tyres, valves, and any attached weights.
Step 3: Restoration

Chemical Dipping: Chemically dip wheels to neutralise contaminants.

Media Blasting: Blast the surface to prepare for a new finish and repair any curb rash.
Step 4:Coating

Powder Coating Application: Apply a durable powder coat for protection and aesthetics.

Clear Lacquer Finish: Seal the powder coat with a clear lacquer for extra durability.
Step 5: Reassembly

Refit Tyres and Valves: Fit new valves and reattach tyres to the refurbished wheels.

Wheel Balancing: Ensure the wheels are properly balanced for optimal performance.
Step 6: Final Installation

Reattach and Torque Wheels: Securely refit the wheels and torque them to manufacturer specifications.

Clean and Return: Clean the wheels and hand them back to the customer, ready for the road.
