• Chemical Dipping: Chemically dip wheels to neutralise contaminants.

• Media Blasting: Blast the surface to prepare for a new finish and repair any curb rash.

• Powder Coating Application: Apply a durable powder coat for protection and aesthetics.

• Clear Lacquer Finish: Seal the powder coat with a clear lacquer for extra durability.

Step 5: Reassembly

• Refit Tyres and Valves: Fit new valves and reattach tyres to the refurbished wheels.

• Wheel Balancing: Ensure the wheels are properly balanced for optimal performance.

Step 6: Final Installation and Handover

• Reattach and Torque Wheels: Securely refit the wheels and torque them to manufacturer specifications.

• Clean and Return: Clean the wheels and hand them back to the customer, ready for the road.
